Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager (Trust Foundations - Data Security).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of engineers, guiding their career growth and supporting hiring efforts
• Own the team's strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and driving execution
• Identify and mentor aspiring technical leaders, contributing to the overall growth of the engineering organization

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager, with a background as a hands-on Software Engineer for 4-5 years
• Expertise in data security architecture, including experience with data lineage and classification of sensitive data
• Experience in building secure-by-default foundations and internal tooling for engineering teams
• Strategic thinker with an informed perspective on data security and the application of AI
• BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field
