Applied AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Applied AI Engineer to join their founding team and help architect and scale their AI platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of LLM-powered features and workflows
• Architect and scale infrastructure for experimentation and rapid iteration
• Analyze AI traces to design and prioritize experiments for feature refinement

Required Qualifications

• Experience with applied AI stack including prompting, embeddings, and fine-tuning
• Proven track record of building and shipping LLM-powered features in production
• Strong analytical skills for exploring trace data and identifying improvements
• Familiarity with evaluation methodologies in complex environments
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
