Director of Enterprise Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Enterprise Systems Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead an Agile engineering operation to design and implement scalable technical solutions for Lead to Cash systems
• Guide a cross-discipline team in maintaining enterprise applications and integrations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and prioritize application development, ensuring quality and compliance within a SOX control environment

Required Qualifications

• MS/BS degree in Computer Science with at least 8 years of management experience in the field
• 5+ years of experience in various domain areas related to SaaS and recurring revenue processes
• 3+ years as a Senior Engineer or Application Architect with experience in designing complex projects
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and security best practices
• Experience with Agile methodologies and managing onshore/offshore teams
