Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Quality Control Analyst responsible for analyzing non-originated loans and ensuring compliance with lending laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret data in non-originated mortgage loan applications to ensure quality control
• Perform pre-funding and post-closing quality control for various loan types and provide corrective documentation as needed
• Prepare quality control reports for management and manage vendor relationships related to the quality control process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in residential mortgage or consumer loan underwriting, or
• High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in residential mortgage or consumer loan underwriting
• VA Lenders Appraisal Processing Program Certification is required
• Direct Endorsement Certification is preferred
• Knowledge of statutory policies regarding mortgage loans and relevant underwriting guidelines is preferred
