Job Summary

A company is looking for a Planner I, Space & Occupancy Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients and account leaders to ensure successful project workflows
• Manage and maintain a repository of space-related data for accuracy and accessibility
• Prepare strategic plans and report on key metrics related to space utilization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Analytics, Workplace Strategy)
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
• Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams
• Familiarity with architectural drawings and space planning concepts
• Not required but preferred experience in Change Management and workplace strategies
