SPCSHP, part of independent group MSQ Partners, has spent 25 years helping brands make meaningful human connections through curiosity and belief. As a diverse community of creative specialists, we like to think of ourselves as “explorers, not settlers” — building partnerships with ambitious brands including such as Chase, Dairy Queen, BOTOX® Cosmetic, Early Warning and Dropbox. With a range of proprietary offerings and tools and a team of over 100 diverse crew members, we are constantly growing and are thrilled by the prospect of you joining our next endeavor.

We are seeking a Traffic Manager to lead the traffic function at SPCSHP.  The Traffic Manager will work closely with the Production, Business Affairs, Delivery, and Finance teams across our portfolio of various brands on all agency-wide engagements to ensure adherence to industry guidelines for trafficking. We are seeking an individual with strong in-agency experience to build and lead the Traffic capability for SPCSHP, while educating our teams on best practices along the way.

Roles + Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the exchange of information among clients, media agencies, creative agencies, and media outlets to fulfill the client’s media strategy.
  • Experience with trafficking national and local TV and radio linear traffic, VOD, addressable, DRTV, and digital audio.
  • Authorize trafficking-related vendor invoices, including but not limited to storage, shipping, and network clearance.
  • Supply scheduling instructions to broadcasters.
  • Monitor the progression of every project, recognize possible setbacks, and apply strategies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Lead Network Clearance process and ensure timely follow-up with the internal teams
  • Prepare and distribute project status reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage digital assets as needed.
  • Report broadcast & non-broadcast cycles directly to Business Affairs.
  • Issue client estimates, POs, and manage trafficking-centric budgets.
  • Manage and track the collection of trafficking billing, approvals, and invoices.
  • Issue AD-IDs as needed.
  • Proficient in Extreme Reach (XR), AD-ID.org, and other trafficking and delivery platforms
  • A minimum of 1 year of trafficking affairs management within a creative agency
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, across multiple clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter with the desire to build a capability from the ground up

The salary band for this role is $65 - $75k. Where a prospective new hire's base salary will fall within this band depends on several factors including their qualifications and experience, the skill level required in the role, market rates, and the salaries of existing crew members at SPCSHP within the same role to maintain equity.
