• Oversee technical architecture, platform roadmap, and infrastructure investments to scale products

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in leadership roles within high-impact engineering organizations
• Proven track record of scaling engineering teams through multiple phases of growth
• Deep expertise in data infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, security, and distributed systems
• Experience in both strategic and hands-on contexts, including architecture and code reviews
• Strong performance management mindset with a focus on coaching and accountability
