Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and capital expenditure reporting
• Assist with financial analysis and reviews, including revenue recognition and expense tracking
• Maintain documentation for all accounting processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required
• 2 - 4 years of accounting experience preferred, especially in public accounting or corporate settings
• Experience in telecom, construction, or capital-intensive industries preferred
• Solid understanding of GAAP and month-end close processes
• Direct experience with ERP systems and strong proficiency in Excel
