Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist I to provide managed payroll administration services and Workday payroll processing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as named Specialist for Payroll Administrative customers and support other payroll, tax, and garnishment customers as needed
- Manage and respond to cases daily to ensure service level agreements and client satisfaction are met
- Troubleshoot quarter and year-end audit reports and make recommendations to customers
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 3+ years of payroll experience involving end-to-end processing, research, payroll logic, and troubleshooting
- One year experience with taxes at Federal, State, and local levels
- One year experience with garnishments and understanding of how they are processed
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
