Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Coordinator to support financial operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and organize financial documentation and cloud-based file-sharing structure
  • Assist in preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
  • Review and reconcile credit card transactions and employee reimbursements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience in nonprofit accounting preferred
  • Familiarity with Blackbaud financial software strongly recommended
