A company is looking for an Accounting Coordinator to support financial operations remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize financial documentation and cloud-based file-sharing structure
- Assist in preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
- Review and reconcile credit card transactions and employee reimbursements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience in nonprofit accounting preferred
- Familiarity with Blackbaud financial software strongly recommended
