Controller with CPA License

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to lead its accounting function through its next phase of maturity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of the accounting function to a scalable and compliant global platform
• Own the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and manage relationships with external vendors for compliance and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressive accounting and controllership experience, preferably in high-growth technology or hardware companies
• CPA or equivalent certification is strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and experience with IFRS and international accounting compliance
• Proven experience leading accounting in a multinational company
• Experience with ERP systems and driving systems improvements
