Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all transactions are accounted for in accordance with GAAP
• Manage aspects of the month-end close process, including journal entry preparations and account reconciliations
• Analyze accounting results, investigate variances, and assist with external audit schedules

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive general accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606
• Experience in a private equity owned business and/or public accounting
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with NetSuite is a plus
