CPA Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own key components of the month-end close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial statements and internal reporting packages for leadership and investors
• Support the annual financial audit by coordinating with external auditors and preparing necessary documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3-6 years of accounting experience, with a mix of public accounting and industry preferred
• CPA (or actively pursuing licensure with all four exams passed)
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Quickbooks, and Bill.com
