Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance contact for Sales on deal structuring and approvals
• Review and approve transactions for compliance with policies and revenue recognition standards
• Support month-end close processes, including revenue recognition and account reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Accounting, Deal Desk, or Order-to-Cash roles at SaaS startups
• Solid understanding of order-to-cash processes and ASC 606 revenue recognition principles
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce), billing platforms (Stripe), and ERP systems
• Strong accounting foundation; CPA is a plus
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
