Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Content Designer to establish and lead its content design practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and own the content design practice, including style guides and terminology standards
• Partner with product designers to create a scalable information architecture for products
• Lead the content design aspect of the design system, developing content standards and guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or a similar role
• Experience building a content design function from the ground up
• Strong background in creating scalable solutions and contributing to design systems
• Exceptional editing skills with a focus on clarity and usability
• Interest or experience in leveraging AI and modern design tools like Figma
