Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer II (Remote Eligible).

Key Responsibilities

• Advocate for user needs through design thinking methodologies
• Optimize user experiences via A/B testing and experimentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and iterate on product features

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Designer or in a similar role
• Strong visual design skills with the ability to influence design quality
• Experience delivering complex experiences in SaaS or enterprise environments
• Degree in Design (Interaction, Product, Communication, HCD, or related) or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to mentor others
