A company is looking for a Staff Conversational Designer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Establish design frameworks for AI-powered patient experiences

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and clinical experts to create natural and efficient user interactions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in conversation design, UX writing, or related roles in AI-driven products
• Proven ability to design and test conversational flows for AI products
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving through conversational interfaces
• Background in linguistics, psychology, or behavioral design is preferred
