Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Lead to shape the evolution of their digital platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from discovery to delivery, including sketching, prototyping, testing, and refining product experiences
• Contribute directly to design work, ensuring the delivery of intuitive and inclusive digital experiences
• Provide mentorship and guidance to uphold design quality across concepts and prototypes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design, such as Digital Design, Interaction Design, or Visual Communication Design
• 5 - 10 years of experience in visual experience or digital product design with a successful track record
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing interaction design, visual design, and information architecture
• Familiarity with Figma and modern user testing tools
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
