Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in data engineering or software engineering with a focus on technical leadership
• Expertise in designing and scaling large-scale data platforms on the cloud, preferably GCP/BigQuery
• Mastery of data modeling and transformation frameworks, such as DBT
• Proven ability to drive technical decisions and lead initiatives across multiple teams
• Strategic mindset for building foundational systems that align with long-term company goals
