Staff Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer to lead the transformation of customer data management and drive platform modernization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of modern, scalable data services from ingestion to archiving
• Guide platform modernization and deprecate legacy systems to improve reliability and cost-efficiency
• Establish data architecture standards and mentor engineering teams across reporting, governance, and migration

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in cloud infrastructure and data platform leadership (AWS required)
• Expertise in data extraction, transformation, and reporting pipelines
• Strong hands-on skills with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation), containerization, and observability
• Proven track record in large-scale migrations and legacy system retirement
• Deep knowledge of data security, schema management, and scalable AI/ML solutions
