Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer, Platform to design and scale its infrastructure.

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of engineering experience, particularly in SaaS platforms
• Strong foundation in distributed systems and database optimization
• Experience with modern infrastructure technologies such as Postgres, Redis, and Kubernetes
• 5+ years of experience with Ruby/Rails
• Ability to drive projects end-to-end in autonomous environments
