Staff Infrastructure Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Infrastructure Software Engineer, Developer Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive technical strategy for developer infrastructure to enhance productivity for ~1,000 engineers
• Architect and build large-scale backend systems supporting the software development lifecycle
• Leverage AI tools to automate workflows and integrate emerging technologies into the engineering ecosystem

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience
• Proficient in programming and debugging in languages such as Python, Go, C/C++, or Java
• Experience designing and building internal tools or productivity systems for large engineering organizations
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and define solutions for open-ended problems
