Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Technical Product Manager (Voice Platform).
Key Responsibilities
- Own and unify the voice platform roadmap across WebRTC, Programmable Voice, and SIP Trunking
- Overhaul developer-facing documentation, SDKs, and guides for improved clarity and onboarding
- Define and execute the roadmap for internal and customer-facing troubleshooting tools
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in programmable voice technologies, including SIP and WebRTC
- Experience working with enterprise customers and presenting technical roadmaps
- Background in developer experience product management, including documentation and tooling
- Proven ability to build internal tooling strategies such as dashboards and diagnostics
- Hands-on experience with APIs, SIP traces, and call flows
