Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead the development of products that assist nonprofits in raising funds and individuals in leaving legacies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and execution for new and scaling products from discovery to full-scale adoption
• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and KPIs with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
• Drive a rigorous, insight-driven product development process and champion user research best practices

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including senior-level roles
• Proven success in launching and scaling new products into high-growth businesses
• Strong expertise in user research and product discovery
• Experience working with remote engineering teams, particularly offshore
• Ability to set vision and strategy in ambiguous situations
