Senior Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Product Owner to join their agile team supporting various product lines in the healthcare, insurance, and finance industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive execution of business unit capabilities by aligning the needs of business owners and technical stakeholders
• Manage and own the team backlog, leading multi-sprint goal setting and planning
• Participate in team and system-level demos to ensure work meets business needs and acceptance criteria

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or relevant roles
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Experience in a formal product role within a Scaled Agile delivery approach
• SAFE Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) Certification and other Agile-related certifications
• Familiarity with leading PI Planning and Lean Portfolio Management
