Key Responsibilities
- Own critical customer case escalations, including root cause analysis and mitigation strategies
- Lead incident response efforts and utilize AI tools for accelerated resolution
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance product reliability and customer success
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in enterprise storage, distributed systems, or cloud infrastructure support/engineering
- Deep understanding of file systems, storage performance, and Linux kernel internals
- Proven debugging skills at system/protocol/app levels
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting on Linux
- Experience using AI tools for diagnostics and reducing MTTR
