Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer-AI to lead the design and delivery of intelligent platform capabilities for consumer solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead backend architecture supporting AI/ML-powered features across mobile and API surfaces
• Own end-to-end technical strategy for embedding LLMs and personalized content delivery
• Mentor engineers and influence engineering standards for observability, performance, and security

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in backend development, with at least 2+ years in AI/ML solutions or LLM
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search
• Strong experience in Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and REST APIs
• Deep familiarity with AWS architecture, including Lambda, ECS, and DynamoDB
• Experience building and integrating LLM features, including prompt design and vector storage strategies
