Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Embedded Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop robust and scalable full-stack software applications in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Participate in design feedback, code reviews, and architectural discussions to influence the technical roadmap
• Mentor team members and advocate for best coding practices while leveraging AI tools to enhance development workflows

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of back-end experience in Java, Kotlin, or other object-oriented languages
• Proficient with modern web standards and technologies (e.g., REST, GraphQL)
• Experience with distributed systems, enterprise messaging systems, and/or microservices
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, reliable services to production
• Ability to work core EST working hours
