Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain performance testing frameworks and benchmarks for system scalability and reliability
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
• Build testing strategies and tools to assess the reliability and resilience of the platform

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience with performance automation tools such as Locust and Jmeter
• Programming skills in Python/Golang focused on developing performance tooling
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Proficiency in using profiling tools and APM technologies for performance issue resolution
• Knowledge in Observability and Monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana
