Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to help build new Embedded Finance capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop robust and scalable full-stack software applications in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Participate in architectural discussions and provide design feedback to ensure implementation meets requirements
• Mentor team members and advocate for best coding practices to enhance overall team performance

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of back-end experience in Java, Kotlin, or other object-oriented languages
• Proficient with modern web standards and technologies (e.g., REST, GraphQL)
• Experience with distributed systems, enterprise messaging systems, and/or microservices
• Ability to work core EST working hours
• Experience delivering high-quality, reliable services to production
