Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of professional software engineering experience with significant technical leadership
• Expertise in front-end (React, TypeScript), backend (Node.js, Kotlin), or mobile development (React Native)
• Deep experience with CI/CD workflows, cloud infrastructure, and observability tools
• Proven ability to design scalable and maintainable systems
• Experience mentoring engineers and guiding cross-functional teams
