Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and scaling of an AI voice platform for customer engagement
• Integrate voice-enabled AI agents into persona-based workflows across various teams
• Mentor and guide engineers while providing strategic direction for major projects

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering high-impact, cross-team engineering projects
• Familiarity with technologies such as Java, WebSockets, Kafka, and GraphQL
• Experience designing and scaling real-time communication systems
• Knowledge of Generative AI applications and AI infrastructure development
• Ability to lead cross-functional efforts and collaborate with internal stakeholders
