Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Full Stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation for the App Builder and design/build interfaces to meet user needs
• Act as a technical leader and mentor, providing architectural guidance and fostering collaboration within the team
• Drive system design efforts end-to-end and communicate engineering priorities effectively across teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, particularly in full stack development
• Deep experience with frontend technologies (e.g., React, TypeScript) and backend frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go, or Rust)
• Strong understanding of database systems, both SQL and NoSQL
• Proficiency in cloud infrastructure and familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and containerization
• Strong architectural mindset with experience in system design and technical roadmapping
