Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Release Engineering & Testing Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the technical strategy for release engineering and testing platforms
• Design, implement, and evolve automation for CI/CD, release validation, and regression testing
• Lead technical planning and establish best practices for release reliability and testing

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical leadership for developer tooling or release engineering
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement CI/CD systems and testing infrastructure at scale
• Proficiency in Go with experience in building and maintaining production systems
• Track record of mentoring engineers to elevate technical standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
