Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to lead efforts in building high-quality scalable software systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead code/design reviews and participate in the entire application lifecycle
• Write clean code, perform UI tests, and manage environment configurations
• Provide training and support to internal teams and respond to on-call incidents

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, or 6 years with an advanced degree
• Strong programming skills in object-oriented languages like Java or C#
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React and Angular
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, including performance optimization
• Experience building and deploying applications using Kubernetes
