Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Networking & Observability.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance components for communication between distributed processes and improve observability
• Work on performance tests and POCs for new architectural directions in the networking stack
• Integrate OpenTelemetry for better issue investigation and performance monitoring

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building distributed systems
• Proficient in C++ and experienced in delivering production-level code
• Strong understanding of modern computer architecture and design implications
• Good fundamentals in computer networking with a desire to improve
• Demonstrated success in high performance networking and building concurrent systems
