Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and prioritize data analytics tasks for timely and accurate completion
• Collaborate with various business segments and communicate with senior leadership
• Analyze data to identify trends and enhance reporting processes and tools

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Medicare, managed care, PBM, or health plans
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and knowledge of data visualization software
• Experience with statistical models and predictive analytics
• Ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities
