Workday Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Reporting Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Workday across all modules
• Partner with HR, Finance, Compliance, and business leaders to translate reporting requirements into actionable solutions
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday reporting capabilities and train users on self-service reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
• 2-4 years of Workday or other HRIS support experience, preferably in a reporting or configuration role
• Proficiency in Workday report writer and calculated fields
• Strong Excel skills; experience with SQL and/or Python is a plus
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work autonomously
