Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Counsel to join their legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements
• Provide legal advice on regulatory matters and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement compliance policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Minimum of 4-6 years of legal experience in fintech or cryptocurrency
• In-depth knowledge of financial and cryptocurrency regulations
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
