Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Commercial Counsel to support the Go-to-Market organization in customer and partner sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide partnership to Revenue teams and negotiate a wide range of agreements
- Drive operational enhancements for go-to-market contracting and define commercial legal metrics
- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to the Commercial Legal and broader Legal team
Required Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school and bar admission in at least one U.S. state
- 12+ years of relevant legal experience, including in-house experience
- Expertise in commercial agreements and intellectual property licenses
- Strong knowledge of intellectual property law, AI, and data protection regulations
- Proven experience in driving operational processes and scalable legal solutions
