A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist III to provide strategic payroll administration solutions and manage complex customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary resource for large, complex Managed Payroll Premium customers
- Manage customer cases to ensure service level agreements and high client satisfaction
- Lead the Managed Payroll Service Rehearsal and assist with complex Workday configuration
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) required or 15+ years of customer service and payroll experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and year-end support
- Experience with complex payroll configuration and difficult clients
