State Licensed Senior Chief Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Chief Engineer responsible for leading engineering operations and ensuring quality service in mechanical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Mobile HVAC Engineering operations, including maintenance, repairs, and staff supervision
• Manage preventive maintenance programs and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with project management teams and provide guidance on equipment replacement and training

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 7+ years of related work experience in a commercial property setting or equivalent education/experience
• Vocational/Technical training certificate and appropriate trade licenses as required
• Financial knowledge for understanding budgets and reporting
• Familiarity with Energy Management Systems and basic computing skills
