Statistical Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Statistical Analyst to perform psychometric analysis and technical reporting using large datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintains and develops code for psychometric projects
• Ensures data quality by applying statistical formulas and maintaining documentation
• Assists with quality control of data analysis results and communicates insights to the project psychometrician

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in statistics, mathematics, or a related field
• 1+ years of statistical analysis experience, with preference for psychometric programming experience
• Proficiency in R programming
• Experience with Winsteps and/or IRTPRO is preferred
• Willingness to continuously update knowledge and skills in new software applications
