- Oversees daily administrative activities and provides guidance to team members

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in stock plan administration, consulting, or sponsorship
- Experience collaborating with outsourced stock plan service providers
- Technical knowledge of regulations affecting stock plan programs
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and manage time effectively
- Solid knowledge of MS-Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
