Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Planning & Operations Director, US Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational support to the VP/GM of the US Oncology Business Unit and the Oncology Leadership Team
• Facilitate communication and collaboration with cross-functional partners and manage key initiatives
• Track and manage organizational resources, including budget and headcount, while ensuring compliance adherence

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 4 years, Master's degree with 7 years, or Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience in commercial, strategy, or consulting roles
• Marketing experience within the biopharmaceutical industry is preferred
• Strong analytical, project management, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to lead projects from concept to completion in a matrix environment
• Experience in navigating compliance and governance processes
