Director of Strategy Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategy and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to the Technology Solutions VP & GM and cross-functional teams, providing insights on customer behavior and metrics
• Identify and design strategies for value creation, coordinating delivery across functions while ensuring quality output
• Manage the operating cadence of the business, including quarterly reviews and annual planning, while overseeing budget planning and resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant work experience in tech strategy/operations, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
• Experience in the product development process and ability to establish credibility with cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to understand key business drivers and propose ways to enhance performance and efficiency
• Knowledge of the SaaS business model and experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Previous management experience with a track record of developing talent is desirable
