Senior Strategy Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Strategy to drive execution and operations for its investment fund and support broader strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support company-wide strategic operational processes, including OKR facilitation and reporting
• Own and maintain portfolio-tracking systems and manage administrative workflows for the investment fund
• Conduct market research and analyses to inform strategic decisions across business units

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in venture capital, corporate strategy, management consulting, or startup operations
• Proven ability to manage complex workflows and coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Experience with venture capital portfolio management tools and investor reporting best practices is preferred
• Familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus
• Strong interest in crypto, Web3, blockchain, or fintech is preferred
