Senior Strategy and Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Strategy and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations to align with strategic objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance efficiency across product and fintech initiatives
• Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for data-driven adjustments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or technology in a product or strategy role
• Expert financial modeling skills and familiarity with analytical tools such as Tableau; SQL knowledge is a plus
• Demonstrated interest in vertical SaaS or Fintech
• Ability to perform complex quantitative and qualitative analysis
