Strategy Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategy Manager to drive the development and execution of company-critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to develop company-wide strategy and translate vision into prioritized initiatives
• Conduct deep dives, opportunity sizing, and data analysis to inform strategic decision-making
• Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives from problem framing through execution

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, or a related field
• Proven ability to dive deep into data (SQL, Excel, BI tools, etc.) to generate insights and drive recommendations
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving alignment among diverse stakeholders
• Strong understanding of strategic planning cycles and business performance metrics
• Ability to toggle between high-level strategic thinking and detail-oriented execution
