Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of AI Transformation and Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute an enterprise-wide AI strategy aligned with business goals and healthcare trends
• Analyze market trends and emerging AI technologies to identify opportunities for improved healthcare quality and efficiency
• Drive stakeholder alignment to ensure AI engagements deliver measurable outcomes and support operational efficiencies

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of strategy experience with complex initiatives
• 6+ years of leadership experience
• Experience leading initiatives and partnering with senior stakeholders
• MBA preferred
• 5+ years of healthcare industry experience preferred
